<br />STATUTES AND CITY OF EUGENE PLANNING ACTION NO. PT 23-19.
<br />BOUNDARY DETERMINATION:
<br />THE SOUTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY WAS DEFINED HOLDING THE PIPES THAT WERE SET
<br />(AND RECOVERED) PER THE KINNEY'S OAKWAY PLAT AS THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 13,
<br />BLOCK 3 THEREOF. SIMILARLY, THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SANDY DRIVE WAS

<br />CORNERS WERE BEST FIT, AND THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY WAS
<br />PROPORTIONED ALONG SAID LINE FROM THE 3/4 PIPE LYING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
