number ARB 24-1 at 703&705 E Broadway.
I had one question, I live on the 12th floor of the apartment complex across the street (the
Rive), and my favorite thing about where I live is the view outside my window of the
Willamette river. Would this new property block my, and my neighbors, view of the river and
trees? I am curious because that would be very unfortunate if it did.
