Our completeness review process provides an opportunity to address any items that are
unclear, incomplete, or missing before your application is evaluated for consistency with our land
use code.
Kelly Whitmill and I have reviewed the Supplemental Materials that were submitted on 9/23/2024
for this application and we have confirmed that you have sufficiently addressed all of the
outstanding items that were identified in the first round of Completen ess Review for this
application.
We have deemed this application complete as of today, 10/10/2024.
Per Eugene Code 9.7215, within 45 days of the city’s determination that an application is complete,
unless the applicant agrees to a longer time period, the planning director shall approve,
conditionally approve, or deny an Adjustment Review application. Based on this timing, a decision
is due by November 22, 2024.
Moving forward, I will be taking the lead on this project, so if you have any questions, or would like
to discuss the project, you are welcome to reach out to me directly via email or phone.

Thanks,

Matt Denberg
Land Use Analyst
City of Eugene
(541) 682-5226
mdenberg@eugene-or.gov
