Gioello, Associate Planner <br /> <br />The following findings and conclusions are based upon testimony presented at the public hearing <br />held on July 10, 2024 and all documents in the Eugene City planning file for the requested <br />Braewood Hills PUD submitted before the close of the Record on August 21, 2024, including <br />documents submitted before, at and after the public hearing. <br /> <br />Conclusion: <br />The applicant’s request for approval of a residential planned unit development (PUD) and <br />subdivision is denied and subject to potential amendment under ORS 197.522. <br /> <br />A. Background <br /> <br />The applicant, Picullel Properties, LLC (applicant) submitted the subject tentative PUD and <br />subdivision application on March 29, 2024. The applicant submitted supplemental application <br />materials on May 10, 2024. The City deemed the application complete on May 28, 2024. <br /> <br />Following public notice, a public hearing was held on July 10, 2024.
