Subject:Opportunity to Submit Additional Testimony to the Eugene Planning Commission

On November 14, 2023, the Eugene Planning Commission voted to accept and review testimony
received by November 28th at 9:00pm regarding the proposed River Road-Santa Clara
Neighborhood Plan and Metro Plan Amendments and the proposed River Road-Santa Clara
Neighborhood-Specific Code Amendments (City of Eugene Files MA 23-5 and CA 23-2). All testimony
received between September 12 and November 28, 2023, at 9:00pmwill be provided to the Eugene
Planning Commission for their consideration. Testimony received after November 28th at 9:00pm
will not be provided to the Planning Commission, but will be provided to the Eugene City Council.
To submit testimony to the Planning Commission:
Send a written statement to the Eugene Planning Commission, c/o Elena Domingo, City of
Eugene Planning Division, 99 West 10th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401; or
Send e-mail testimony to RRSCPlan@eugene-or.gov.
All testimony received will be forwarded to the Eugene City Council and Lane County Board of
Commissioners for their consideration before any final action is taken.
Eugene Planning Commission began deliberations on the proposed amendments at their November
14th meeting and the webcast is now available.
