NOTICE OF EUGENE AND LANE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION JOINT PUBLIC
HEARING
Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
VIRTUAL MEETING
The Eugene and Lane County Planning Commissions will hold a joint public hearing on
Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to consider amendments to the Eugene-
Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan and amendments to the Eugene Code; (City of
Eugene Files: MA 23-5 & CA 23-3 and County File: 509-PA23-05532). City and County
officials are now formally accepting written comments and will be accepting spoken
testimony on the proposals during a virtual public hearing.
How to Submit Testimony to the Planning Commission
Send a written statement to the Eugene and Lane County Planning Commissions, c/o
Elena Domingo, City of Eugene Planning Division, 99 West 10th Avenue, Eugene, OR
97401.Send e-mail testimony to RRSCPlan@eugene-or.gov.Attend the public hearing at
6:00 p.m. on October 17, 2023, and provide spoken testimony. Your spoken testimony will
be recorded. Instructions for providing testimony during the virtual public hearing will be
provided during the hearing. The Planning Commissions may limit the time for each
speaker to a few minutes. You are encouraged to submit written testimony prior to the
close of the public hearing if you have detailed comments you wish to make.

the Goodpasture Room at the Lane County Public Works Custom Service Center, 3050 N
Delta Hwy, Eugene OR 97408. To attend in person, please RSVP by calling or emailing
David Maya at 541-682-6768 or David.Ruiz-Maya@lanecountyor.gov at least 48 hours
prior to the meeting.
