Zone Change for property located at 148 Hilliard Lane (Map/Tax
Lot 17-04-24-23/02000) from R-1, Low-Density Residential to PL,
Public Land.
A copy of the application, decision, all documents, and evidence
submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria
are available for review at the Planning Division. The Permit and
Information Center is open 12:00pm-4:00pm Monday through
Friday. Copies may be obtained at a cost. As a courtesy, this
notice, the Hearings Official's decision, application materials, and
general information about the land use application process and
criteria may be accessed by visiting: http://www.eugene-
or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information
Unless appealed pursuant to Eugene Code Sections 9.7650
through 9.7685, this Hearings Official decision will be effective
when the appeal period has ended. In this case, any appeal must
be received by 5 p.m. on December 14, 2022. Appeal
procedures, forms, and fee information are available at the City's
Planning Division or on our web site. In accordance with Section
9.7655 of the Eugene Code, the Eugene Planning Commission will
consider any appeals of this land use application.
