Thanks for confirming that the City did not receive any testimony during the open record period.
I have spoken with Carole Knapel, 4J's representative on the land use application. In the absence of any
new testimony, the Applicant will not provide a response and also chooses to waive the final 7-day open
record period.
Please let me know if you need anything more from us or the Applicant. Good evening.

Hi Zach,
I've just confirmed no testimony was submitted.
It's your choice to submit something for the 2nd period in response to anything that was discussed
during the public hearing. I do not recall anything criteria wise that needed addressing.
I really see no need for the 3rd open record period since that is for your final rebuttal. Let me know if
you'll be waiving that, if so then the Decision would be due by December 15th
