The approval was granted to allow the <br />development of two single-story commercial buildings and the associated parking, landscaping <br />and other site infrastructure as required to accommodate the proposed project on Tax Lots 8700, <br />8800, 12000, 12100, and 12200 of Assessor's Map 17-03-16-33. A legal description of the subject <br />property is attached as Exhibit "A". <br />The use and development of the above property is governed by the terms and conditions of that <br />Performance Agreement and the attached plans and specifications made by and between the <br />parties.
