<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />May 19, 2022 <br /> <br />NOTICE OF APPEAL DECISION: <br />THE HARRY AND ETTA CHASE HOUSE (HDM 21-1/HA 21-3/ARB 21-2) <br /> <br /> <br />On May 17, 2022, the Eugene Planning Commission affirmed the Eugene Historic Review Board’s <br />approval of a Historic Demolition to demolish historic strcutures, a Historic Alteration to build a four- <br />story multi-family building with 123 units of low-income housing, and an Adjustment Review for <br />multiple-family standards, access locations, landscaping standards, and pedestrian circulation. <br /> <br />As a courtesy, the final order, general information, and relevant materials for this land use application <br />may be accessed by visiting: <br /> <br />https://pdd.eugene-or.gov/LandUse/ApplicationDetails?file=HDM-21-0001 <br />Materials are also available for review at the Atrium Building which is open to the public from 12 pm to <br />4 pm, Monday through Friday. Please contact the listed staff representative for alternatives to review <br />materials. Copies can also be obtained at a cost. <br /> <br />The decision of the Eugene Planning Commission is final. Persons who appeared before the local <br />government orally or in writing may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals <br />within 21 days of the Planning Commission’s decision.
