More recently, other names have been used to identify
subsequent subdivisions, the final planned unit development was renamed East Ridge Village
PUD and approved on August 8, 2002 (PDF 02-2). The final PUD approved 285 lots to be created
in multiple phases of development. As phases of the site were developed, various slope
easements, which restrict ground disturbance, were required along areas of significant slopes
adjacent to roadways. The easements were required to ensure the stability of the roadways
and preserve their integrity from the future development on adjacent lots.
The applicant is requesting approval to vacate the slope easement on Lot 46 in the East Ridge
Village PUD development, as represented in Attachment A, or more specifically described in the
March 2021 VEI 21-7 East Ridge Village PUD I Findings & Decision of the Planning Director Page 1 of 4
