I will serve as the <br />lead City staff person reviewing the application. <br />The first step in the application process is completeness review. Regarding your application, City staff <br />has completed a review of the application materials and determined that it is incomplete. Enclosed <br />are completeness review checklists from both Planning and Public Works staff with review comments <br />that identify the missing materials regarding the Tentative Subdivision. <br />Regarding the Modification for Final PUD, Planning staff has no issues or concerns with the submitted <br />materials, however this application will also be considered incomplete until the Tentative Subdivision <br />can be deemed complete, since they are running concurrently. Regarding the Vacation of Slope <br />Easement, it is deemed incomplete and Public Works staff have requested a separate submission of <br />only materials associated with that application to facilitate a proper review for completeness. As we <br />discussed recently, we will run the Vacation application separately form the Tentative Subdivision <br />and Modification applications. <br />am in receipt of your request to withdraw the Property Line Adjustment application, and staff has <br />processed a refund of the application fee which should be mailed out tomorrow. <br />Also enclosed is a document titled, "Incomplete Land Use Application -180 Day Completeness <br />Review Process."
