Work Session, Public Hearing, Possible Action: Downtown <br />Riverfront Park Clarification (CA 20-1) <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will consider and potentially make a <br />recommendation to the City Council on an approval of a City-initiated <br />Code Amendment to allow an art pavilion within the 5 Avenue view <br />th <br />corridor in the Downtown Riverfront Park. The art pavilion's location <br />was approved by the City Council through a Standards Review as part <br />of the Downtown Riverfront Special Area Zone (S-DR) adoption <br />package.
