SUMMERS and JONI M. SUMMERS, as tenants by the entirety, Grantors, are the <br />owners of that certain real property hereinafter referred to as "Parcel I" (Tax Lot 1200, Map 18-03-03-33). <br />2. MARIEKE E. SCHUURS and MICHAEL G. CLEMENT, as tenants by the entirety, Grantees, are <br />the owners of that certain real property hereinafter referred to as "Parcel 2" (Tax Lot 1600, Map 18-03-04- <br />44). <br />Grantors' address is C/o Summers Classic Car Co., 3521 Franklin Boulevard, Eugene, OR 97403. <br />4. Grantees' address is 2708 Moon Mountain Drive, Eugene, OR 97403. <br />The legal description of Parcel 1 prior to this adjustment is contained in Warranty Deed recorded October <br />6, 2003 as Instrument No. 2003-097573, Lane County Deeds and Records. <br />The legal description of Parcel 2 prior to this adjustment is contained in Warranty Deed recorded May 31, <br />2019 as Instrument No. 2019-021126, Lane County Deeds and Records. <br />7. The parties referenced above desire to adjust the property line along the shared boundary between Parcel I <br />and Parcel 2 in compliance with the provisions of ORS Chapter 92 and City of Eugene land use <br />regulations, and per City of Eugene Planning File No. LA 19-30, Notice of Approval for which was <br />recorded 0 C- T"0 5 E: K 2019 as Instrument No. 2019- 0+~ <br />Lane County Deeds and Records. <br />NOW THEREFORE: <br />For the purpose of accomplishing this Property Line Adjustment, CHARLES W. SUMMERS and JONI <br />M. SUMMERS, as tenants by the entirety, Grantors, convey to MARIEKE E. SCHUURS and <br />MICHAEL G.
