NOTICE OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL DECISION
July 5, 2019
On July 3, 2019, the Eugene Hearings Official conditionally approved a tentative planned unit
development and adjustment review for a new transit station at River Road and Green Lane.
(City File number: PDT 19-1 and ARA 19-1/ City File Name: Santa Clara Transit Station)
A copy of the application, decision, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the
applicant and applicable criteria are available for review at the Planning Division and may be
obtained at a reasonable cost. As a courtesy, most application materials including the decision may
be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information.
Unless appealed pursuant to Eugene Code Sections 9.7650 through 9.7685, this Hearings Official
decision will be effective when the appeal period has expired. In this case, any appeal must be
received by 5 p.m. on July 17, 2019. Appeal procedures, forms, and fee information are
available at the City's Planning Division or on our web site. In accordance with Section 9.7655 of
the Eugene Code, the Eugene Planning Commission will consider any appeals of this land use
application.
