Thanks for your call yesterday about scheduling.
The applicant would like to start the remand proceeding.
I realize the City is in charge of the scope/process of the remand proceeding. From the applicant’s
perspective it seems most efficient to open the record enough to address LUBA’s issues, and to do it
based on written submissions only.
