Public information opportunities have been organized into the following <br />categories- City Council and Agency Board meetings, public meetings, press, community events, and <br />online presence. Each category is organized chronologically. This list seeks to be comprehensive, <br />however due to the duration of the Downtown Riverfront project we have focused most on <br />compiling events and news from 2017 forward. This list also includes public information <br />opportunities for the Steam Plant revitalization which is included within the Downtown Riverfront <br />site, but is being managed as a separate project. <br />City Council and Agency Board <br />This category identifies when the City Council and Agency Board have met to discuss the <br />Downtown Riverfront project, Steam Plant, and associated project details. This category also <br />includes public hearings and project milestones to provide context. <br />CC - February 12, 2007 <br />Council and EWEB Board joint work session to discuss the planning process around the Downtown <br />Riverfront section of the Downtown Plan. A possible process was presented. <br />CC - May 5, 2013 <br />Council work session on an overview of the Riverfront Master Plan process. (The Master Plan was <br />completed in April 2010 and approved by the EWEB Board in June 2010.) <br />CC - June 12, 2013 <br />Council work session on land use applications to implement the Master Plan. <br />CC PH - June 17, 2013 <br />A public hearing was held to consider adoption of a concurrent set of land use <br />applications that are proposed to implement the EWEB Riverfront Master Plan. <br />CC - July 8, 2013 <br />Council work session on an ordinance with the proposed land use application package to <br />implement the Master Plan. <br />
