Combined properties total approximately 77.4 acres (3,371,544 <br />square feet) of land. <br />The following findings and conclusions are based on testimony presented at the public hearing <br />held on September 12, 2018 and all documents in the Eugene City planning file for the requested <br />UO North Campus Conditional Use and Willamette Greenway Permit submitted on or before the <br />close of the record on October 17, 2018. <br />Conclusion: <br />The applicant’s request for a Conditional Use Permit and Willamette Greenway Permit for the <br />North Campus Master Plan is approved.
