It will <br />be helpful to the Hearings Official if testimony submitted during the first open record period <br />explains how it relates to the approval criteria in Eugene Code 9.3725 and 9.8815. <br /> <br />2.Second Open-Record Period: 5:01PM October 3, 2018 until 5:00 PM October 10, 2018 <br /> <br />Who may submit testimony: Anyone <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence and argument) that <br />directly responds to testimony received during the first open-record period.
