Open record time schedule following Public Hearing held on 9-12-18
1.First Open-Record Period: September 12, 2018 until 5:00 PM October 3, 2018
Who may submit testimony: Anyone
What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence and argument). It will
be helpful to the Hearings Official if testimony submitted during the first open record period
explains how it relates to the approval criteria in Eugene Code 9.3725 and 9.8815.
2.Second Open-Record Period: 5:01PM October 3, 2018 until 5:00 PM October 10, 2018
Who may submit testimony: Anyone
What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence and argument) that
directly responds to testimony received during the first open-record period. Testimony
received during the second open-record period should specifically identify the testimony from
the first open-record to which it responds.
3.Final Open-Record Period: 5:01 PM October 10, 2018 until 5:00 PM October 17, 2018
Who may submit testimony: Only the applicant (or the applicant’s representative)
What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written argument (not evidence) that directly
responds to testimony received during the first and second open-record periods.
4.Close of Record: 5:00 PM October 17, 2018
Hearings Official decision is due by 5:00 PM November 1, 2018.

All materials must be received by the above listed deadlines. Materials post marked by the above
listed deadlines but received after the deadlines cannot be entered into the record.
