RECEIVED, <br />DIVER ROAD <br />,.,NI tINI IY O!:( A1\1I/,"\I-I(?N <br />AUG 15 2018 <br />S/d 4{ 1 1 <br />01-1y <br />PLAM'dif~ r, d r Pff <br />To: City of Eugene Planning Department Attn: Rodney Bohner <br />From: River Road Community Organization <br />Re: Appeal of Hearings Official Decision of ARA-18-0008, SR-18-0003 & WG-18-0003 <br />Greetings: <br />At the regularly scheduled July 9'", 2018 general meeting of the River Road Community <br />Organization the following motion was made, seconded and approved by a 24-1 vote- <br />/ move that RRCO participates in the appeal for the purposes of assisting neighbors in <br />exercising their Oregon Land Use Goal One citizen involvement right should they decide to <br />appeal the Hearings Official decision on Lombard Apartments. <br />It is our understanding that this vote by the River Road Neighborhood Association provides the <br />opportunity for individuals who are Association members to benefit from the reduced application <br />fee as provided by City of Eugene Administrative Order 53-01-06F (or its successor). The vote <br />was taken at this meeting in anticipation that this is the only opportunity for the Neighborhood <br />Association to meet and vote on this issue prior to the Hearings Official decision.
