Staff has reviewed the resubmitted materials for North Campus, which were received by our
office on June 22, 2017. Staff has completed review of these materials and have deemed the
application complete as of July 17, 2018.
Within the next several weeks staff will compile referral comments from various staff members
regarding your project. A public hearing is scheduled with the Hearings Official for September
12, 2018. A public hearing notice will be sent to owners and occupants, neighborhood group,
interested parties and the Oregon Department of Transportation, at least 30 days prior to the
hearing date. I will forward a copy of the staff report to you as least 7 days prior to the public
hearing.
