Staff has completed review of these materials and have deemed the <br />application complete as of July 17, 2018. <br />Within the next several weeks staff will compile referral comments from various staff members <br />regarding your project. A public hearing is scheduled with the Hearings Official for September <br />12, 2018. A public hearing notice will be sent to owners and occupants, neighborhood group, <br />interested parties and the Oregon Department of Transportation, at least 30 days prior to the <br />hearing date.
