Attached you will also find the following in support of our response to item 1: <br />Sheet A1- Architectural Site Plan (to replace sheet Al in Exhibit G) <br />1) it has been brought to the applicant's attention by City of Eugene staff that there is an incorrect <br />project name and city location label listed on the title block of Sheet Al of Exhibit G. This was a <br />typo by the Architect. The plan sheet should be labeled "Lombard Apartments, Eugene, <br />Oregon". Attached you will find a corrected sheet Al with the correct title black. There have <br />been no other changes made to sheet Al. Please update the record with the corrected plan <br />sheet. <br />2) it has been brought to the applicant's attention by City of Eugene staff that there was some <br />confusion as to the intended use of the driveway proposed to access River Road. Sheet C2.0 in <br />Exhibit D has a call out at the driveway proposed on River Road identifying "Emergency Vehicle <br />Access". Staff will note that Sheet C2.0 also has dashed lines that delineate the emergency <br />vehicle access route, which is labeled "20' Emergency Vehicle Access". The intent of calling out <br />the Emergency Vehicle Access at the driveway and the 20' Emergency Vehicle Access route is to <br />demonstrate that emergency vehicle access can be accommodated onsite via access from River <br />Road; not to limit the River Road access to emergency vehicles only. It is the applicant's intent <br />that the River Road driveway function as a full access driveway. <br />
