April 26, 2018 <br />Althea Sullivan <br />Assistant Planner <br />Eugene Planning Division <br />Land Use Planning <br />99 West 10th Ave <br />Eugene, OR 97401 <br />RE: ARA-18-0008, SR-18-0003, WG-18-0003 <br />Dear Althea, <br />r ~ <br />t I!J <br />ifl, <br />HOUSING AGENCY <br />It has come to our attention that some members in the River Road community may be <br />confused by the "Owner" name on the land use application for the 3.59 acre site along <br />River Road that Lombard Lane dead ends to, Tax Map 17-04-25-12-01000. <br />The application materials for Site Plan review (SR-18-0008), Adjustment Permit (ARA- <br />18-0008), and Willamette Greenway(WG-18-0003), all state the owner is "LCHA". This <br />is a former acronym used for our agency during purchase of the property in 1998, the <br />Lane County Housing Authority & Community Services Agency. The LCHA became <br />HACSA: Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County. <br />Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County recently changed its bussines <br />name to Homes for Good Housing Agency. This parcel is still legally owned by "Lane <br />County Housing Authority & Community Services Agency" per the Lane County, <br />Recorder's documents. <br />This letter verifies my signatures are for the ownership of the Tax Lot in question on <br />the applications mentioned above. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jacob Fox <br />Executive Dire or <br />177 Day Island Rd.
