StaffrespondedtoaMarch14,12018publicrecordsrequestbyPaulContewiththefollowing information: TheinitialreferralcommentssubmittedbyPublicWorksanddated113017wereattachedto anemailsenttoNickGioelloon12817.Acopyofthatemailwiththereferralcommentsis attached.On21218,NickGioelloreceivedrevisedcommentsviaemailfromEricFavreau.A copyofthatemailandtherevisedcommentsareattachedtothisresponse.NickqueriedEric aboutonesectionofthosecomments(EC9.6815(2)(f)andreceivedanemailon21318(see attachedemail)withaminorrevisionalteringonesentencewhichNickpastedintothe revised21218ReferralComments.The21218versionoftheReferralCommentswiththe2 1318minorrevisionisalsoattachedtothisemail.
