First Open-Record Period: March 7, 2018 until 5:00 PM March 21, 2018 <br />Who may submit testimony: Anyone <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence and argument). It will <br />be helpful to the Hearings Official if testimony submitted during the first open record period <br />explains how it relates to the approval criteria in EC 9.8320. <br />2. Second Open-Record Period: 5:01PM March 21 until 5:00 PM March 30, 2018 <br />Who may submit testimony: Anyone <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written testimony (evidence and argument) that <br />directly responds to testimony received during the first open-record period. Testimony <br />received during the second open-record period should specifically identify the testimony from <br />the first open-record to which it responds. <br />3. Final Open-Record Period: 5:01 PM March 30, 2018 until 5:00 PM April 6, 2018 <br />Who may submit testimony: Only the applicant (or the applicant's representative) <br />What kind of testimony will be accepted: Written argument (not evidence) that directly <br />responds to testimony received during the first and second open-record periods. <br />4.
