<br />EugeneOrdinanceExhibitE <br />\[LaneCountyOrdinanceExhibitA\] <br /> <br />Eugene Code, 1971 Amendments <br />(Employment, Park and School Land) <br /> Subsections (a) and (b) of Section 2.350 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are <br />amended to provide as follows: <br />2.350 Planning Commission - Duties and Powers. <br /> It shall be the duty of the <br />commission, and it shall have power, except as otherwise provided by law: <br />(a) <br /> To keep current a comprehensive plan for the city adopted by the council as <br />an official guide to public and private uses of land. <br />(b) <br /> To prepare city legislation that will implement the purposes of the <br />comprehensive plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> Subsection (6) of Section 2.1086 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is <br />amended to provide as follows: <br />2.1086 Manufactured Dwelling Park Closures. <br />(6) <br /> Provision of Housing Information. After notice of park closure to affected <br />tenants, a park owner shall create, maintain, and make available to all <br />affected tenants a current survey showing the total number of manufactured <br />dwelling spaces, the number of vacant manufactured dwelling spaces, rent <br />schedules, and available manufactured dwellings for sale in manufactured <br />dwelling parks located within the urban growth boundary shown on the <br />Envision Eugene Comprehensive Plan. The park owner shall update this <br />information at least every four months, or at such intervals as required in <br />administrative rules issued hereunder. The survey shall contain such <br />information as required by the administrative rules issued hereunder. <br /> <br /> <br /> The definitions of ÐStage I red advisoryÑ and ÐStage II red advisoryÑ in <br />Section 6.250 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are amended to provide as <br />follows: <br />6.250 Solid Fuel Space Heating Devices - Definitions <br />. As used in sections 6.255 to <br />6.265, the following words and phrases mean: <br /> <br />Stage I red advisory <br />. A 24-hour period beginning at 4:00 p.m. when PM10 levels <br />are forecast by LRAPA to be greater than or equal to 125 micrograms per cubic <br />meter but less than 150 micrograms per cubic meter, or when PM2.5 levels are <br />forecast by LRAPA to be greater than or equal to 30 micrograms per cubic meter <br />but less than 35 micrograms per cubic meter, within the Eugene Urban Growth <br />Boundary. <br />Stage II red advisory <br />. A 24-hour period beginning at 4:00 p.m. when PM10 levels <br />are forecast by LRAPA to be greater than or equal to 150 micrograms per cubic <br />meter, or when PM2.5 levels are forecast by LRAPA to be greater than or equal to <br /> Page 1 of 38 <br />Final <br /> <br />
