The study demonstrates that, based on the best information <br />available at the time of 2012 urban growth boundary did not include sufficient <br />buildable employment land to meet demands through 2032, and had to be expanded. <br />will have greater demand for more multi-family housing than they have in the past, as well as trends <br />towards greater density and more diverse housing types that will provide for the needs of households <br />at all income levels.
