The subject property is currently vacant and <br />was recently annexed, and rezoned from AG Agricultural to R-1 Low-Density Residential. <br />The applicant is subject to the Type II land use application procedures, which are primarily <br />addressed at Eugene Code (EC) 9.7200 through 9.7230. The following also evaluates the <br />application for compliance with EC 9.8215 Partition Tentative Plan Approval Criteria -General. It is <br />noted that the applicant has elected to use the General criteria, rather than the Needed Housing <br />criteria, an option provided upon submittal of materials. <br />Referrals/Public Notice <br />The Planning Division mailed notice of the application on July 27, 2017 as per the applicable <br />requirements of EC 9.7210.
