Notice of Proposed Land Use Action <br />Date: May 26, 2017 <br />Location: 1988 Sylvan Street <br />File Name/Number: Nelson, Gregory (PT 17-3) <br />I his notice is being sent to inform you and provide opportunity for comment on a request for <br />approval of a tentative partition to create two parcels. <br />A copy of the application and all documents submitted by the applicant and applicable crite- <br />ria, are available for review at the Planning Division and may be obtained at cost. Application <br />materials including a site plan, as well as general information about the land use application <br />process and criteria may be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use- <br />Application-Information. <br />Any written comments should be directed toward the relevant approval criteria for the appli- <br />cations in Sections 9.8215 of the Eugene Code, and must be received at the e-mail address listed below or at the return <br />mailing address by 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 2017. Your written comments must include your mailing address if you wish to be <br />included on the mailing list for any future notices, including notice of decision, on this application. <br />The applicant's request will be reviewed under Type II procedures beginning at Section 9.7200 of the Eugene Code. Fol- <br />lowing the comment period, the Planning Director will issue a decision which may then be appealed to the Eugene Hear- <br />ings Official. It is also noted that issues which may provide the basis for further appeal to the State Land Use Board of Ap- <br />peals must be raised in writing with sufficient specificity to enable the decision maker to respond to the issue. <br />S <br />
