If you don't add acreage for low density housing you will both raise prices for single family homes (already too
high) and stimulate flight to the many outlying communities within commuting distance. That's because most
of the jobs are within the metro area. Do you really want more traffic, wear and tear on roads, accidents, air
pollution, demand for larger highways, etc.?
