Public hearing held March 1, 2017. <br />Summary of the Public HearinLy <br />At the public hearing, city staff reviewed the Planning Director's decision and recommended <br />approval of the traffic impact analysis application. The applicant's representatives testified in favor <br />of the application. A number of citizens testified in favor of the application. The appellants testified <br />in opposition to the application. A number of citizens testified in opposition to the application.
