• • • Planning <br />March 27, 2017 <br />RE-NOTICE OF HEARINGS OFFICIAL APPEAL DECISION: <br />EAST RIDGE VILLAGE PUD (MDA 16-5) <br />The Eugene Hearings Official held a public hearing on March 8, 2017, on an appeal of a Planning <br />Director decision to approve a modification to an approved planned unit development (City File <br />MDA 16-5). The proposal was for a modification to extend the construction timeline for Phase 4 <br />of East Ridge Village PUD. The subject property is located at the southern terminus of Moon <br />Mountain Drive and Laurel Hill Drive, on Tax Lots 1100 and 3100 of Assessor's Map 18-03-03-32. <br />The Hearings Official decision affirming the Planning Director approval was issued on March 15, <br />2017 and is available online at: http://Pdd.eugene-or.gov/LandUse/ApplicationSearch. Copies <br />can also be provided at cost, upon request. The decision of the Eugene Hearings Official is final <br />at the local level. <br />A previous Notice of Hearings Official Appeal Decision was mailed to you on March 20, 2017 <br />which incorrectly identified that the Planning Commission would consider any appeals of this <br />land use application. Please see the following for the correct appeal process for this decision. <br />Persons who appeared before the City, orally or in writing, may appeal the decision to the <br />Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals within 21 days of the Hearings Official's decision.
