I do not believe
that this should have taken place prior to the public hearing. This represents a clear violation of planning
processes, including approvals.
(2) What happens to the Ribbon Trail access as well as other trails that surround the proposed development?
Many, many Eugene citizens use these trails for hiking and running.
Developing this parcel and extending Spring Boulevard will remove access to these trails, replaced with a road.
(3) This development will remove green space that we all use and take care of.
Please add my comments as concerns. I do not support this development, in any way shape or form.
Roxanne Watson
1601 Olive Street
Eugene
Hearing
(,It`i r!., =1!h rlni1C1.110 c 1FVt'.OpflhEfl_
MAR 08 2017
f=ile Z
Exhihi,
1
