Subject: Furtick property zone change application
We live at 2295 East 29th Avenue across from the Furtick property and about 500 feet east. Because
of our proximity we are very concerned about the proposed development on the Furtick property and
see many possible problems which we would like to address. Additionally, we are concerned about
the lack of adequate time for preparation for the March 8th hearing and the concurrent hearing for
Eastridge Village. This situation cuts into the time allotted for individual presentations and generally
takes up a lot of our time. More consideration should be given to the neighbors affected by these
developments.
