The applicant is requesting adjustments to multi- <br />family development standards and landscape standards. The original public notice was postmarked one day later than anticipated, <br />-thereby, inadvertently shortening the public comment period The applicant_alsD--submittesLaddi~ionai information related to the <br />Traffic Impact Analysis, and therefore the. comment period is being extended to January 10, 2017. <br />A copy of the application and all documents submitted by the applicant and applicable criteria, are available for review at the Plan- <br />ning Division and may be obtained at cost. Application materials including a site plan, as well as general information about the land <br />use application process and criteria may be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene-or.~ov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information. <br />Any written comments should be directed toward the relevant approval criteria for the applications in Sections 9.8680 and 9.8030 of <br />e <br />the Eugene Code, and roust be received at the e-mail address listed below or at the return mailing address by 5:00 p.m. on January <br />10, 2017. Your written comments must include your mailing address if you wish to be included on the mailing list for any future notic- <br />es, including notice of decision, on this application. <br />The applicant's request will be reviewed under Type II procedures beginning at Section 9.7200 of the Eugene Code. Following the <br />comment period, the Planning Director will issue a decision which may then be appealed to the Eugene Hearings Official.
