The applicant is requesting adjustments to multi-family development <br />standards and landscape standards. <br />A copy of the application and all documents submitted by the applicant and applicable criteria, <br />are available for review at the Planning Division and may be obtained at cost. Following the <br />comment period, the Planning Director will issue a decision which may then be appealed to the Eugene Hearings Official.
