Notice of Land Use File Name: East Ridge Village (MDA 16-5) <br />Application Location: Southern terminus of Moon Mountain Drive <br />and Laurel Hill Drive <br />Date of Notice: November 23, 2016 <br />This notice is being sent to inform you and provide opportunity for comment on a request for approval of <br />a modification to an approved planned unit development for a time extension. <br />A copy of the application and all documents submitted by the applicant and applicable criteria, are availa- <br />ble for review at the Planning Division and may be obtained at cost. Application materials including a site <br />plan, as well as general information about the land use application process and criteria may be accessed <br />by visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information. <br />Any written comments should be directed toward the relevant approval criteria for the <br />applications in Sections 9.8370 of the Eugene Code, and must be received at the e-mail address listed <br />below or at the return mailing address by 5:00 p.m. on December 7, 2016. Your written comments <br />must include your mailing address if you wish to be included on the mailing list for any future notices, <br />including notice of decision, on this application. <br />The applicant's request will be reviewed under Type II procedures beginning at Section 9.7200 of the <br />Eugene Code. Following the comment period, the Planning Director will issue a decision which may <br />then be appealed to the Eugene Hearings Official.
