Application <br />resubmitted on October 3, 2016 as ST 16-12; application deemed complete on October 4, <br />2016; decision granting approval with conditions issued on November 22, 2016. <br />Background and Present Request <br />The applicant is requesting tentative subdivision approval to create 52 residential single-family <br />lots, 6 townhomes and 14 condominiums. The proposal includes the creation of public <br />residential street Deerfern Lane, the reconfiguration of Rockrose Lane and the construction of <br />private streets Woodfern Lane and Woodfern Terrace. Originally, East Ridge Village PUD was <br />named Son Blaze Village and obtained tentative planned unit development approval (PD 99-4). <br />The final planned unit development was approved on August 8, 2002 (PDF 02-2) and renamed <br />East Ridge Village.
