This PUD was originated and approved by the city in 2002. The property has been sold several <br />times and two engineering firms have been involved in the proposed development. The original <br />engineering work was EGR & Associates, Inc. 25358 Prairie Road, Eugene Oregon. The most <br />recent owner is Holt Group, Inc. 604 W. Evergreen Blvd, Vancouver, Washington, 98660. <br />2. On 28 October, 2015 at 7:00 PM AKS Engineering, 4300 Cherry Avenue NE, Keizer, OR 97303, <br />the new engineering firm briefed the neighbor hood to discuss a proposed project located at the <br />cross streets of Brackenfern Drive and Rockrose Lane in East Ridge Village PUD. David Karr, PE <br />briefed the proposal including 16 family home lots and six townhome lots in phase 6 and 36 <br />family single home lots in phase 7. Attachment 1 provides the notice to the neighbor hood. <br />3. On Monday 24 October 2016, Mr. Thomas A. Bruno living at 2716 Brackenfern Road, Eugene, <br />Oregon 97403 went to the city planner's office to obtain the latest version of Holt Group and <br />AKS proposed engineering changes (attachment 2). On 250ctober 2016, Mr. Bruno met with <br />Nick Gioello, Associate Planner, City of Eugene, Oregon. <br />4. The following issues are being raised by the Home Owners Association of East Ridge Village <br />Association, Eugene, Oregon. <br />A. The meeting notice (attachment 1) fails to mention anything on the 14 condominiums to be <br />built, There is a discrepancy between but the documents provided by the city states <br />showing 14 condominiums (attachment 2). <br />1. When did the city approve the moving the 14 condominiums cluster from phase 5 going <br />into phase 6? The AKS Map provided by the city on Monday 28 October 2016 shows 14 <br />Condominiums? <br />2. Mr. David Karr provided a map of the proposed changes, the map does not show <br />condominiums on lot 177 (attachment 3). The map provided to Mr. Bruno by the city on <br />
