See the <br />attached Director's Decision and a written statement from a previous annexation for <br />guidance. Also, this property is actually located whin the Laurel Hill Plan area as well as <br />defined in the South Hills Study Area. You will need to address all applicable polices that <br />pertain to annexation. <br />Enclosed are completeness review checklists that identify the missing materials.
