Staff deemed the initial application as-incomplete on December 18, 2015. <br />On April 18, 2016, you submitted a revised set of plans and a signed Incomplete Land Use Application <br />document. Additional materials were submitted on May 9, 2016 and August 8, 2016. However, staff <br />has determined that the original application has expired, since it was never deemed complete and <br />has exceeded 180 days since the initial application filing date (per EC 9.7015). <br />Staff has determined that in order to move forward with your proposed tentative subdivision, the <br />original application file ST 15-9 will be closed. All applicable submitted materials and paid fees shall <br />be transferred to new file number ST 16-12, with an initial application filing date of October 3, 2016. <br />Staff has reviewed all submitted materials, and is willing to accept the application and subsequent <br />materials as complete. Within the next 45 days the Director shall render a decision on the tentative <br />subdivision application. You will receive a copy of the director's decision as soon as it is available.
