Eugene Water & Electric Board <br />4200 Roosevelt Blvd. <br />P.O. ox 148 <br />gene, OR197440-2148 <br />EWEB E <br />May 10, 2016 <br />City of Eugene Planning Division <br />Attn: Erik Berg-Johansen <br />99 W 10th Ave. <br />Eugene, OR 97401 <br />Re: SR-16-1 South side of Valley River Dr. <br />Dear Erik, <br />EWEB staff has reviewed the Land Use Referral: SR-16-1 South side of Valley River Dr. Map: <br />17-03-30-20, TL 01200, and have no objections to the proposed land-use action assuming the <br />following comments and conditions are required to be addressed by the applicant prior to <br />obtaining electric, water, and/or Fiber services from EWEB. <br />General Comments: <br />Utility services for development are provided in accordance with EWEB policies and procedures <br />which are available at our main office or online at http://www.eweb.org/policies. <br />Electric Comments: <br />EWEB has electric distribution facilities adjacent to the proposed development. An electric <br />service extension will be required to serve this development. The applicant should contact <br />Debbie Jenkins, with EWEB Electric Distribution at 541-685-7117 to request electric service to <br />this property. Extension of electric facilities will be designed by EWEB and be required to meet <br />the City of Eugene Utility Permitting ordinances, land use ordinances, and other applicable <br />codes. The cost of facility extension to this development will be borne by the requesting <br />customer and executed under EWEB policies and procedures at the time request for electric <br />service is made. <br />This development is likely to be served from the existing primary vault #7763 from the west <br />through the existing 10' easement as shown on the drawings.
