NOTICE OF DECISION:
Chamotee Trails PUD (PDT 15-1)
On February 22, 2016, the Eugene Planning Commission affirmed the Eugene Hearings Official's denial
for a Type Ili Tentative Planned Unit Development for an 11 lot residential development. The Planning
Commission's Final Order is online at: http://Pdd.eugene-or.gov/LandUse/ApplicationSearch.
The decision of the Eugene Planning Commission is final. Persons who appeared before the local
government orally or in writing may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals within
21 days of the Planning Commission's decision. Appeals to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals are
governed by ORS 197.805 to 197.860 and OAR Chapter 661, Division 10.
