The proposed co-housing development includes 29 dwelling units
located at the east end of Oakleigh Lane, near the Willamete River.
The Eugene Planning Commission's Revised Final Order re-affirming the tentative PUD approval
was issued on October 5th, 2015 and is available online at:
http://Pdd.eugene-or.gov/LandUse/ApplicationSearch.
Copies can be obtained at cost, upon request.
The decision of the Eugene Planning Coimmission is final. On October 6, 2015, notice of the
decision was mailed. Your address and the addresses of several other individuals were listed
incorrectly.
