NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL DECISION
Rest n Memorial Park

On November 23, 2015, the Eugene City Council adopted a metro plan amendment and zone
change for the Rest-Haven Memorial Park property to redesignate the entire property from
Parks and Open Space to Low Density Residential and to rezone a portion of the property from
PL Public Land so that the entire property is zoned R-1 Low Density Residential. The existing
/WR Water Resources overlay zone is unchanged. The metro plan and zone change were
adopted under Ordinance No. 20558.

All decisions of the elected officials are final. Persons who participated either orally or in writing
in the local government proceedings leading to adoption of the ordinances may appeal the
decision to the Land Use Board of Appeals within 21 days of the decision. Appeals to the
Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals are governed by ORS 197.825 to 197.845.
