Eugene Water & Electric Board <br />4200 Roosevelt Blvd. <br />P.O. ox 148 <br />gene, OR197440-2148 <br />EWEB E <br />September 30, 2015 <br />City of Eugene Planning Division <br />Attn: Erik Berg-Johansen <br />99 W 10th Ave. <br />Eugene, OR 97401 <br />Re: PDT-15-1 West Amazon Drive and Owl Road <br />Dear Erik, <br />EWEB staff has reviewed the Land Use Referral: PDT-15-1 West Amazon Drive and Owl Road <br />Map: 18-03-20-23, TL 01100, and have no objections to the proposed land-use action assuming <br />the following comments and conditions are required to be addressed by the applicant prior to <br />obtaining electric, water, and/or Fiber services from EWEB. <br />General Comments: <br />Utility services for development are provided in accordance with EWEB policies and procedures <br />which are available at our main office or online at http://www.eweb.org/policies. <br />Electric Comments: <br />EWEB has established electric distribution (7.2 kV) facilities adjacent to property on both West <br />Amazon Drive and Fox Hollow Road. <br />Request for electric service to these properties can be made with the EWEB, contact 541-685- <br />7521. Extension of electric facility in the public right of way will be designed by EWEB and be <br />required to meet the City of Eugene Utility Permitting ordinances. City of Eugene land use <br />ordinances may also apply to the extension of service. The cost of facility extension to these <br />parcels will be borne by the requesting customer and executed under EWEB policies and <br />procedures at the time request for service is made.
