Erik,
There is a public hearing on November 4th to consider a 11 lot residential subdivision on West Amazon
Drive near Fox Hollow Road - Chamotee Trails PUD.
I build a house on Pine Forest Drive about 14 years ago. West Amazon Drive is the only entrance/exit out of
the subdivision.
In the last couple of years, they built houses at the end of Pine Forest on Senger Lane. At that time, we
were told that if they divided the lots to make one more, they would have had to provide another road out.
With the addition of 11 lots, is there a plan to add another road out of the development or open the rest of
West Amazon Drive? Due to the wooded lots, we've had trees fall and block West Amazon. With the dry
conditions this year, I feared for fire. For safety reasons, I would hope there are plans for another way out.
