J <br />Planning <br />October 30, 2015 <br />NOTICE PLANNING COMMISSION APPEAL DECISION: <br />LAUREL RIDGE N CHANGE ( 15-5) <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on appeal of a Hearings Official decision to approve <br />a zone change for Laurel Ridge (City File Z 15-5) on October 20, 2015. Following deliberations on <br />October 26, 2015, the Planning Commission decided to affirm the Eugene Hearings Official's <br />approval. The subject property is located at the southern end of Laurel Hill Valley, north of 3011 <br />Avenue and west of Moon Mountain. The proposal was for a zone change from Agriculture (AG) to <br />R-1 Low-Density Residential (R-1) and Park, Recreation, and Open Space (PRO), affecting Tax Lots <br />701 and 703 of Assessor's Map 18-03-10-00. <br />The Planning Commission's Final Order affirming the zone change approval was issued on October 29, <br />2015 and is available online at: http://Pdd.eugene-or.gov/LandUse/ApplicationSearch. Copies can <br />also be provided at cost, upon request. <br />The decision of the Eugene Planning Commission is final. Persons who appeared before the local <br />government orally or in writing may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals <br />within 21 days of the Planning Commission's decision.
