4 <br />October 6, 2015 <br />NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION APPEAL DECISION ON REMAND <br />FROM THE OREGON LAND USE BOARD OF APPEALS: <br />OAKLEIGH MEADOWS CO-HOUSING PUD (CITY FILE PDT 13-1) <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing, re-opened the record to allow additional testimony <br />and evidence, and following deliberations on the matter decided to re-affirm the the Eugene <br />Hearings Official's tentative Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval for Oakleigh Meadows Co- <br />Housing PUD. The proposed co-housing development inlcudes 29 dwelling units located at the east <br />end of Oakleigh Lane, near the Willamette River. <br />The Planning Commission's Revised Final Order re-affirming the tentative PUD approval was issued on <br />October 5th, 2015 and is available online at: <br />http://pdd.eugene-or.gov/Land Use/DocumentDetails?file=PDT-13-0001&id=1327699. <br />Copies can also be provided at cost, upon request. <br />The decision of the Eugene Planning Commission is final. Persons who appeared before the local <br />government orally or in writing may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals <br />within 21 days of the Planning Commission's decision.
