Dear Carol,
Thank you for providing supplemental information and additional copies submitted on April 24,
2015 in response to staff's previous completeness review comments. The application has been
deemed complete as of May 11, 2015. An evaluation of the proposal will proceed to determine
whether the request is consistent with the applicable land use code and regulatory provisions,
followed by public hearings with the Planning Commission and then the City Council. I am the
planner now assigned to process the application and will contact you shortly to determine a
Planning Commission public hearing date.
